Ratheesh won the prestigious Dr. Vishnuvardhan Award for Best Cinematography for the film Flush. The film was also selected for the Karnataka International Film Festival. Ratheesh earned the Best Cinematographer award at the Vishaka International Film Festival for his work on Muddy. His earlier project, Kamasutra 3D, achieved significant recognition by being longlisted for two categories at the Oscars.
