KG Ratheesh, an accomplished cinematographer, is renowned for his expertise in 3D filmmaking and significant contributions to Indian cinema across multiple languages. He hails from a family with a deep connection to photography and art.

Ratheesh won the prestigious Dr. Vishnuvardhan Award for Best Cinematography for the film Flush. The film was also selected for the Karnataka International Film Festival. Ratheesh earned the Best Cinematographer award at the Vishaka International Film Festival for his work on Muddy. His earlier project, Kamasutra 3D, achieved significant recognition by being longlisted for two categories at the Oscars.
